4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, and the refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation made [3] days or more before the scheduled move: Full deposit refund.

• Cancellation made within [2] days of the scheduled move: Partial deposit refund, minus applicable cancellation fees.

• Cancellation made on the day of the move: No refund of the deposit.

4.2 Cancellation by Fast Fox Moving: In rare cases, Fast Fox Moving may need to cancel or reschedule a move due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your move at a convenient time, and your deposit will be fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing: Our pricing for moving services is based on various factors, including the distance, size of the move, additional services requested, and other considerations. We will provide you with a detailed estimate before your move, and the final invoice will reflect the actual cost of the services provided.

5.2 Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the move. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash. You agree to pay all charges promptly and in full.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Liability: Fast Fox Moving takes every precaution to ensure the safe transportation of your belongings. However, in the event of loss or damage to your items during the move, our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policy, if applicable.

Both parties agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against each other. Any claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a collective or class action.

13.7 Claims Timeframe

You agree that any legal action or claim against Fast Fox Moving arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services must be filed within one year after the cause of action accrues. Failure to do so will result in the permanent waiver of the claim.
